Wendy is passionate about creating tomorrow's work. Over her career, Wendy has worked in health, business services and tertiary education with the common theme being problem solving in complex situations. Originally a health professional, Wendy's work focus shifted to ergonomics and then to futures studies, and she has completed a PhD in environmental design in 2011. She works as an organisational design consultant and academic. Her current focus is on helping leaders in large and small enterprises anticipate new ways of working and how these affect job design and work spaces. A second area of practice is on approaches to researching / acting on complex problems and on evaluating how these change with different interventions.
